Hi my name is Deandra, I like long walks on the beach and all that cliche stuff that comes with living on an island 😅 you may have heard it a thousand times but it's nothing but the truth. ▪ yesterday was a well spent day with family and friends as we watched the sunrise and had our morning easter service. I thank God for all the blessings that has been bestowed upon me; most of all nailing my sins to the cross. We humans often take the things we have for granted and have so much to say when someone dies. We should show and speak of our love while there is still life, always spread love and kindness wherever we go. ▪ ~ He has Risen 🙏🏾 📸 @fraynaarvin Coconut & Sea Grapes trees is how I like to spend my summer days. Im so happy all of my favorite fruit trees are in bloom already. My mom brought me a jar of Tamarind Jam and of course I ate it all already 😅 now ill be off to pick coconuts later. Did you know coconut water is really good for? Lucky think @fraynaarvin is from the land of coconut trees. • Do you know the difference between a palm tree and coconut tree? There is a saying; once you learn how to ride a bike you will never forget. Its quite true, I may be a bit wobbly at first but sure enough your muscle memory will remember. This was a fond memory riding along the green belt with @emmy__rose the sidewalk was like a little street and of course i was riding on the left side 😅 almost had a few minor casualties. This day Emily also decided that she wanted to purchase her first camera; exciting news be sure to check out her photography page @emmy_lou_creative • What outdoor activities are you into but only do them when your on vacation? Fun fact: I was in marching band for 3 years. Found a new love for Earth, Wind and Fire and classical music. I was taught to play the flute in 8th grade by a girl name Allison 😊 where ever you are im forever grateful to you. In this photo is the first time I walked on a football field in 12 years and just for a few seconds I march a few sets to see if I still remember before the pictures were taken. • What sport or afterschool activity you did in school that you still remember fondly? "Travel makes one modest. You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world." - Gustav Flaubert. • Idaho was more then I expected and certainly made me realize how big a place can be. When me and @the_dragonfruit first hiked on this mini trail it was just us. I was my happiest being surrounded my so much nature. • Before I went on this trip I had friends and family ask why Idaho? What to see and do there? But I have nothing but fond memories about this place and I will definitely go back. Because your girl still needs to go camping 😅 • Even if I don't do anything im happy just with @emmy__rose cooking; my God that woman can hold it down in the kitchen 💙 This is my Mommy 😊 I love her very much. Also I got my love for hats from her as well. 💙 When you're on a family picnic and all the roast corn finish 😅 • Have you guys ever went to a family gathering, and come to find out your favorite dish is finish? I know my belly leeds me, but I think anyone who is a foodie can relate to what im saying. My face says it all 😅 im pretty much nobody's friend. • What is your favorite dish? And what do you do in a situation like this? Woke up too a flooded apartment... Arvin & I woke up at 7 a.m. to ankle deep water, our neighbor was kind enough to wake us up when she notice a mini river coming from our front door. Arvin rush to see where the water was coming from, as I rush to get the landlord to turn the water off. Once we got the water to stop, I went to check my camera of course my whole camera bag was soaked. • I quickly took everything out and everything apart. Then we got to work swiping and mopping all of the water out. Getting all our rugs and a few shoes outside. Today started off rough but I am still grateful because after all the work; Arvin and I can spend the day together. Extra good news my camera seems to be ok thank God for that. • This post is so unrelated to this morning but its pretty and it makes me happy, and the bright side to all that water is that it will go to some plants. • What's the craziest morning you ever had? 📸 @piquetures
