Hey I’m Deandra The busy buzzing Bee behind Love Fari Di I’m 29 about to be 30 and thriving, I’m passionate about living an adventurous life and helping others do the same. I am also passionate about the environment and daily things we can do to have a cleaner and healthier environment that both human and animal can be happy about. I created this blog to share my travel photos, tips, thoughts, and stories with you!

In 2016 I went from living in a huge three bedroom two bath apartment to down sizing to a smaller one bedroom place with my amazing boyfriend Arvin and our cat Hennessy. I’m Turks Island/American, living in Providenciales; I enjoy anything from Caribbean to Asian dishes, Photography, Exploring the great outdoors, Art, Music, Reading, The Sea and Travel.

In January 2017 I started packing up things I wasn’t using anymore and donated, gave away or sold them. This is where I began to realize less is more, and only keep things that I use. I also became interested in the Zero Waste movement and started my journey to lessen my carbon foot print on the earth and lessen my plastic intake in my daily life. Living in a country, on an Island where everything is imported it’s a bit of a challenge but it can be done; with just a few simple steps.

My short-term dreams are to have a successful urban garden, kick off my photography business, expand my YouTube channel,  and travel to my neighboring Caribbean countries and the US and eventually  fly across the world to see Bulusan Volcano Natural Park In the Sorsogon Philippines.

I’ve loc my hair and have been growing my dread locs since June 2016. I became interested in minimalism in December 2016, I got passionate about a zero-waste lifestyle in January 2017 and I’ve been obsess about traveling the world for as long as I can remember.

Make yourself at home and say hi so that I can get to know you as well!
